The former is has an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 business days, but is typically guaranteed to be 7 to 14 business; the latter has a guaranteed delivery time of 2 business days if ordered before 3pm Eastern Time, excluding weekends – this delivery method is only for domestic U.S. orders only.
Saturday delivery is not available.
Cannadiol does not provide refunds or exchanges on products that arrive in good condition. If the ordered product has been damaged, the company will replace it with the same product or something similar, provided that the customer makes this known within 24 hours.
Final Verdict: A Promising Product Let Down by Lack of Transparency
Cannadiol’s failure to deliver a product with transparent third-party test results – even if the intention to provide them without broken hyperlinks is there – not only fails the company’s image but also the customers who deserve to know exactly what’s in it.
The reason why this is a dealbreaker is simple: You can’t openly state that a product is something without providing the evidence to back it up. As stated before, it does a disservice to its customer base.
This is a total shame because, on paper, the product does what it says on the tin – it provides an effective reliever for athletes and other active people who suffer from localized pain and inflammation – the ingredients, in particular, are impressive and shows that the company at least takes care in the creation of it.
Emu oil, for example, is the first ingredient on the list; it’s further accompanied by beeswax, a full-spectrum CBD extract, and a whole array of essential oils from therapeutic herbs – at $29, this formula is great value for money.
We just wish Cannadiol paid greater attention to updating its third-party lab test results and was more open about its partnering farmers.
