If you like cooking with CBD, you may be interested in this product.
It’s essentially a virgin olive oil with around 1 milligram of CBD per milliliter of oil. That works out to around 5 mg per teaspoon or 15 mg per tablespoon. Add a tablespoon or so to some pasta, or mix it with balsamic vinegar and bread for a delicious CBD-infused appetizer.
Overall this is a good product, but may not be the best bang for your buck. You can make similar products for cheaper yourself by dissolving a higher potency CBD oil into olive oil, or even add some CBD crystals yourself.
Although Juju Royal’s CBD olive oil is pricey for the small amount of CBD you’re getting, the unique, cooking-ready formulation raises its overall value. There aren’t many products like it.
Assuming most recipes and foods require only about 5-30 mL of olive oil, this means the average dish prepared with this product will contain only about 5.25-31.5 mg of CBD.
This is not a very high dose, especially when we consider it can be spread over a whole cooked meal. However, it’s still reasonable as this cooking oil is not meant to replace standard CBD products.
Juju Royal claims to use organic Colorado hemp to make its products. Although the company provides third-party pesticide test results, the hemp is lacking organic certification. Also, it’s not clear whether the hemp is non-GMO.
With a concentration of 1.1 mg CBD per 1 mL, this CBD olive oil is not very potent. Although we’d like to see a higher CBD concentration, this product is not meant to replace a dedicated source of CBD such as a tincture. In that sense, it meets the goal of adding a small dose of CBD to your cooked meals.
With only three flavors and one available bottle size and CBD amount, this CBD-infused olive oil doesn’t offer a lot of choices. However, we can’t deduct too many points here as Juju Royal is one of the only companies to provide this unique product.
Combining CBD with cooking oil is a unique and refreshing approach. It also takes advantage of the fact that CBD is absorbed into the body far more effectively when paired with a carrier oil.
However, this formula could be better if it used full-spectrum hemp extract instead of CBD isolate.
CBD can be used in a wide variety of methods. One increasingly popular option is to add CBD to foods and drinks. This method makes standard foods and recipes more interesting and helps dull the strong earthy flavor of CBD-rich hemp oil.
For this review, we’ll be looking at Juju Royal’s CBD olive oil, a fun way to add CBD to your diet. Read on to see why we recommend it.
Juju Royal’s CBD olive oil is an innovative way to incorporate CBD into your cooking. While it won’t replace a dedicated source of CBD like a tincture, it’s great for adding the health benefits of CBD to your meals.
This product contains 237 mL of extra virgin olive oil mixed with 250 mg of CBD and comes in three herbal flavors: jerk, rosemary, and basil.
Juju Royal claims the oil is made with non-GMO, pesticide-free olives grown in Arizona. More importantly, the company says this oil is made with full-spectrum hemp extract.
However, the posted third-party test results show that CBD is the only cannabinoid present. As such, this olive oil appears to contain CBD isolate instead. Although we generally recommend using full-spectrum products, this won’t make a significant impact for this olive oil since it’s more of an additional source of CBD.
Juju Royal’s CBD-infused olive oil comes with a hefty price tag of $49.00.

CBD olive oil is convenient for people who enjoy cooking and prefer to take their supplements in the most natural way possible — as a direct part of their diet. Few companies offer CBD in this unique, cooking-friendly form.
Those who have previously taken full-spectrum hemp oil will recognize its strong earthy flavor. For people who find it unpleasant, CBD-infused olive oil can be a great option since much of the hemp flavor will be covered up by the taste of olive oil and other herbal ingredients.
All CBD products offered by Juju Royal are sourced from organic hemp grown in Colorado and certified by the state’s Department of Agriculture.
Juju Royal is a cannabis wellness brand established in 2014. What makes this company unique is its famous founder — Julian Marley, son of reggae superstar Bob Marley.
Given Julian’s support of marijuana use, the brand focuses primarily on psychoactive, THC-rich cannabis products. However, Juju Royal also sells a line of CBD products.
Although the company uses high-quality Colorado hemp, its CBD products are somewhat overpriced.
This CBD-infused olive oil is an excellent option for people who like to cook and want to try adding a touch of CBD to their recipes. In particular, individuals who regularly use olive oil in their cooking may be curious to see how CBD can provide additional health benefits to their meals.
In terms of price, this product is relatively expensive because you end up paying 20 cents per mg of CBD. However, this CBD olive oil still provides decent value because there aren’t many products like it on the market.

With a total of 250 mg of CBD in a 237 mL container, this product has a reasonably low CBD potency of 1.05 mg per mL.
In addition, we have to consider that standard cooking requires only a few tablespoons of olive oil, and one tablespoon contains about 15 mL.
This means a typical meal cooked with 1-2 tablespoons of this olive oil will contain about 15.75 – 31.5 mg of CBD, while whole foods dipped into the oil will contain even less.

Juju Royal claims to use organic hemp grown in the San Luis Valley of Colorado. In addition, the company provides third-party pesticide test results to verify the safety of its CBD olive oil. Although Colorado is a premium hemp source, it’s not clear whether Juju Royal’s hemp is non-GMO and certified organic by USDA.
We like this formula because few companies combine CBD with olive oil, especially when it’s meant for cooking. However, the formula would be better if it used full-spectrum hemp extract instead of CBD isolate.
This CBD olive oil comes in three herbal spice flavors: jerk, basil, and rosemary. However, it has only one strength: 250 mg of CBD mixed in 237 mL of olive oil.
There aren’t many companies offering CBD-infused olive oil. As such, it can be recommended for individuals who want to use CBD in their cooking.
Juju Royal also stands out for sourcing its hemp from Colorado, the leader of the U.S. hemp industry.
However, as the case with most of Juju Royal’s CBD products, this oil is described as being full-spectrum even though available test results suggest otherwise. While this doesn’t have a significant effect on the oil’s effectiveness, it’s a sign that the company lacks CBD expertise.
Ultimately, if you want to try CBD-infused olive oil, Juju Royal good choice. But keep in mind that you may be able to find cheaper alternatives from other companies.
