cbdMD’s potency ranges from 10 mg/mL – 250 mg/mL for their CBD oil Tincture Drops which is extremely potent. It’s safe to say these oils are some of the most potent CBD oils on the entire market. However, they aren’t limited to this ultra-high potency range. The lower strengths allow for more gentle dosing as well. Depending on what your dosage requirements are, there’s a product here to fit the bill.

The only downside here is that cbdMD doesn’t offer all the options for both bottle sizes. For example, you can’t get mint or orange flavors in the 30 mL bottles, and there are only two strengths available for the 60 mL bottles.

These tinctures are made with a broad-spectrum hemp extract. It contains CBD, CBG, CBC, and a handful of other cannabinoids in a proprietary ratio developed by the manufacturer. There is no THC in this product.
Broad-spectrum offers some unique advantages — giving it effects similar to full-spectrum products without the downside of the psychoactive component, THC.

All of the hemp used by cbdMD is farmed organically — however, they don’t have any official certifications to prove it… yet. The landscape around certified organic hemp in the United States has only recently started to mature. With the release of the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp crops can now undergo the certification process.
This process is extremely slow, and there are very few companies on the market currently that have achieved certified organic status. We expect things to change in the near future in this regard and will be keeping our eyes on cbdMD for any changes here.
