The only difference between the two appears to be the addition of cocoa butter for the high potency option, and the amount of CBD in the formula.
We think the reason this company uses cocoa in their high-potency option is simply to increase the fat content so the higher dose of fat-soluble hemp extract remains in solution — but we were unable to confirm this.

- Neem leaf has antibacterial qualities and helps cell regeneration.
