Dreem Nutrition is made with grapeseed oil, CBD distillate, and a mix of cannabis-related terpenes. The addition of terpenes to the formula is suggested to provide synergistic benefits to the overall formula — yet allows the company to make an oil without any trace of THC.
Although this product comes with an interesting twist, we see little benefit in adding terpenes to an isolate when you can just use a full-spectrum extract that already contains exceptionally low THC concentrations.
This oil comes in three potencies — two of which we consider to be very low (8.3 and 16 mg/mL). For reference, a standard CBD oil contains around 25 mg/mL.
With a cost of $0.08 – $0.16 per mg of CBD, this CBD oil is expensive. It doesn’t offer any additional features to justify this high cost. You can find excellent full-spectrum CBD oils with included terpenes at roughly half the price elsewhere.
The Terpene Advantage CBD oil has a potency of about 8.33 – 33.3 mg of CBD per mL. This is much weaker than most of the CBD oils this product is competing with. Anybody who needs more than a few mg of CBD per dose will go through a bottle of this oil in just a couple of days. We would love to see Dreem Nutrition offer at least one high-potency option for this terpene-infused CBD oil.
Dreem Nutrition uses high-quality hemp sourced from Colorado to formulate its CBD products. This hemp is non-GMO, grown organically, and certified by the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
Given its low potency, this CBD oil does not have a wide range of uses. It can only realistically be used to get the general health benefits of CBD. People who require higher doses for specific concerns such as anxiety would not benefit much from this oil.
When buying this oil, customers have three options: 250 mg, 500 mg, or 1000 mg concentration. CBD oils are usually offered in a wide range of potency options, flavors, and bottle sizes.
This CBD oil stands out for its unique CBD isolate plus terpene matrix formula. In addition, unlike most CBD oils, it uses hemp seed and grape seed oil instead of MCT oil. Hemp seed oil, in particular, maybe a better option because it naturally contains many of the beneficial compounds present in CBD-rich hemp extracts.
Having said that, the usefulness of this unique formula is in question when we consider that full-spectrum preparations offer virtually the same benefits and there isn’t anything particularly special about this formula.
Dreem Nutrition is an Indian-based CBD company. It was established in 2015 by Austin Rhodus, a U.S. Navy veteran who discovered CBD on a journey to solve his sleep problems.
Working together with a medical marijuana doctor, Rhodus formulated his own CBD products and grew his brand into one of the biggest regional players in the state of Indiana.
Today, Dreem Nutrition offers three unique CBD products. One of their more interesting formulations is this Terpene Advantage CBD oil. This oil combines CBD isolate with a doctor-formulated blend of terpenes — an important class of compounds that have health benefits of their own and give cannabis its distinct aroma.
Each 30 mL tincture of Terpene Advantage oil contains 250-1000 mg of CBD isolate mixed with grape seed oil, hemp seed oil, peppermint oil, and a unique terpene matrix.
This terpene-enriched CBD isolates oil comes in mint flavor and three CBD concentrations — 250 mg and 1000 mg.
With prices of $39.97 – $84.97, this oil is fairly expensive when considering the total amount of CBD.

The key feature of this CBD oil is that it contains a special combination of cannabis-derived terpenes — beneficial organic compounds that synergize with CBD. This “terpene matrix” is formulated by a doctor with real-world medical marijuana experience.
Because this tincture uses CBD isolate, there is no detectable THC present. This is helpful for people who are sensitive to THC and for those who need a low-risk way to pass marijuana drug tests.
Dreem Nutrition’s hemp is grown in Colorado, the state with one of the most developed hemp industries in the U.S. This hemp is grown organically and is non-GMO. At a time when many American companies still source hemp from overseas, this is a big advantage.
As it stands, this CBD oil is too pricey and does not provide the greatest value.
Although it does have a unique feature not found in most other CBD oils, full-spectrum CBD oil formulations are likely more effective because they already contain terpenes and benefit fully from the “entourage effect” — the synergy between all the different components of cannabis.

Dreem’s Terpene Advantage oil is available in three potencies, from 8.33 to 33.3 mg/mL. The low potency variations are enough to reap CBD’s general health benefits, whereas the mid-potency concentration of 33.3 mg/mL will work best for improving specific health issues, such as panic attacks.

This CBD oil is made with high-quality hemp cultivated in Colorado. This hemp is organic, non-GMO, and certified by the state’s Department of Agriculture.
Undoubtedly, the standout feature of this CBD oil is its unique formula, which combines CBD isolate with a doctor-formulated mix of cannabis terpenes.
In addition, this product uses hemp seed and grape seed oil as carrier oils instead of the standard MCT oil, further adding to its unique formulation.
This CBD oil has some potential to be an effective product because of its unique terpene matrix formulation and high-quality source plant material.
Unfortunately, it suffers from several issues: it has a low CBD concentration and doesn’t offer any advantages that go above and beyond what a true full-spectrum extract already offers. We believe this product is overpriced for what you’re getting.
With all of these downsides in mind, we would not recommend buying this CBD oil. You are likely to get more effectiveness out of a higher potency full-spectrum CBD oil that comes at a lower price.
