This is All Natural Way’s warming and cooling cream for muscle and joint pain relief. The cream was off to a great start with its high CBD strength (500 mg in 30 mL), but there are too many odd things about this brand that we couldn’t overlook.
For starters, it’s labeled as full-spectrum CBD, but it’s actually made with CBD isolate. It also doesn’t have current and complete third-party lab testing to ensure the quality and safety of the CBD extract. Lastly, All Natural Way never got back to us about our concerns as customers in these matters, and this all contributes to a negative product review.

This cream retails for $49.99 for a 30 mL pump bottle and 500 mg of CBD, which breaks down to $0.09 per mg of CBD. Overall, it’s priced competitively to what we’ve seen for topicals on the CBD market ($0.09 – $0.25).
Why is it only getting a three for value? It would rank much higher if we were certain that what’s in the bottle comes from a high-quality hemp source and was tested for any potentially harmful contamination.

If All Natural Way did get one thing right in with this cream it’s the potency. This cream contains 16.7 mg/mL of CBD, which is in the higher range for CBD ointments, making it suitable as a muscle and joint rub for pain and inflammation.

We’re not sure why this American company is sourcing hemp from Colombia when there’s access to high-quality crops in the US.
While the company says the farm uses organic practices, it lacks certification, and the CBD extract was never tested for contaminants (pesticides, heavy metals, solvents, bacteria).

Hemp Source
All Natural Way’s hemp source and CBD extract is the most problematic aspect of this brand. It claims to source hemp from a family-owned farm outside Medellin, Colombia, that employs organic farming methods.
We’re wondering why an American-based company that only sells within the US is sourcing hemp outside the US? America is known to produce high-quality crops and is rising to be amongst the top growing hemp countries in the world.
According to the website, this farm has pristine growing conditions — mountain spring water and optimal temperatures. We’re piecing together that it’s more likely due to cheaper production costs. Without a complete Certificate of Analysis (CoA) that tests the CBD extract for pesticide residue, heavy metals, solvents, and bacteria contamination, we’re not confident about the quality or safety of All Natural Way’s hemp source.
We’ve tried reaching out to the company on several occasions about its third-party lab tests and hemp source, but the team never got back to us.

In this section, we’ll break down the active ingredients concerning its purpose in the Muscle & Joint Pain Relief Cream.
Let’s start with the starring ingredient, CBD.
Both the label and the product copy on the website says this product contains 500 mg of full-spectrum CBD. The website even goes on to list why they’ve chosen full-spectrum: “[…] consists of all cannabinoids, terpenes, fatty acids and a negligible amount of THC. Whole plant extract makes CBD more effective.”
However, the only lab test posted about this product by Precision Analytic Testing proves that there’s only one cannabinoid present in the formula — CBD.
On top of this, the test is from 2018, which leads us to believe they don’t regularly test their products as stated on the site, or the products aren’t moving fast enough on their shelves.
While there’s nothing wrong with using CBD isolates, there are more benefits to using a full-spectrum extract. Not that this needed to be said, but it’s a company’s responsibility to label its products correctly.
Next, we’ve got the menthol and capsicum oleoresin extract mentioned earlier, which gives the cream a warming and cooling sensation. It’s excellent for muscle tension, but be careful on using it on sensitive skin and wash your hands after use
The other ingredients are relatively basic skin cream compounds to add texture and preserve the formula: coconut oil, purified water, dimethyl taurate copolymer, cetyl alcohol, glycol stearate, potassium sorbate, and hexylene glycol.

Final Verdict: We’ll Pass On This Cream
CBD, combined with a warming and cooling formula, is an excellent combination for overexerted muscles and arthritic joints. This product is just not our favorite.
It was off to a good start with a decent CBD potency at 500 mg in a 30 mL pump-bottle. Still, there are far too many odd things about this brand that makes us feel they’re untrustworthy.
For one, it claims to use full-spectrum hemp, but the CoA on the websites shows it contains CBD isolate. Next, the test is from 2018. And finally, the hemp source is a complete question mark.
To add to all this, All Natural Way never got back to us about our concerns, which doesn’t make for a pleasant shopping experience. There are plenty of other brands that tick off the right boxes for us when it comes to topical CBD products that we’ll pass on this one.
