Flav’s CBD Roll-On topical product is made for the person with pain, inflammation or rheumatism. Included in the formula is CBD, white willow, ginger and turmeric — all herbs that complement each other well.
While the 60 mL bottle is somewhat an anomaly in terms of price and potency, the 10 mL bottle is excellent value for money and packs a decent punch of CBD. The 10 mL bottle may be appropriate for the treatment of arthritis, gout or any other kind of inflammatory, painful condition.
Flav’s 10 mL Roll-On is great value for money. The same isn’t true for the 60 mL bottle, which is more expensive and has a lower CBD concentration.
The 10 mL bottle delivers 10 mg of CBD per mL of gel, but the 60 mL bottle offers exactly ⅙ of this. 10 mg of CBD is considered a medium-high dose for topical applications, while the 60 mL bottle delivers a very low dose of 1.67 mg/mL.
Flav doesn’t provide a hemp source or any CoA for customer reference. We asked Flav for more information but never received a response.
This product is perfectly formulated to address pain and inflammation, especially if it is related to rheumatism. Flav doesn’t specifically mention this, but the formula speaks for itself.
There are only two variations of this product — 10 mL and 60 mL. Both contain 100 mg CBD, making the 60 mL bottle considerably less concentrated.
The formula for Flav’s roll-on topical is perfect for any inflammatory pain that can be treated topically. It contains additional herbs such as white willow, ginger, and turmeric.
Flav’s CBD Roll-On Topical is one of Flav’s more straightforward products. While the company stocks an enormous range of CBD gummies, candies, and vape products, the topical range is smaller — featuring a CBD Salve and two variations of CBD Roll-Ons.
While Flav offers two kinds of CBD Roll-Ons, something seems to have gone amiss.
The CBD Roll-On topicals contain 100 mg CBD each. The strange thing is one comes in a 60 mL bottle while the other comes in a 10 mL bottle — the bigger bottle is almost double the price.
Flav’s main selling point for the 60 mL bottle is that it has a bigger applicator. Because both bottles contain 100 mg CBD, the 60 mL bottle is only a fraction of the potency.
Let’s have a look at Flav’s Roll-On and how it compares to the CBD market in terms of price, potency, and efficacy.
Flav takes the messiness out of topical CBD application by putting it in a roll-on bottle. There are two bottles available — 60 mL and 10 mL.
Though you might think the 60 mL bottle contains more CBD, it doesn’t. They both contain 100 mg CBD, but the larger bottle is considerably more expensive.
Aside from CBD, Flav includes some complementary ingredients to the formula. Included is Salix alba (White Willow) extract, Zingiber officinalis (ginger) extract and Curcuma longa (turmeric) extract. Judging from the formula, Flav has opted for an anti-inflammatory, analgesic (pain-killing) concoction of ingredients.
Overall, Flav’s Roll-On Topical is one of the company’s more refined products. Unlike the range of gummies and vape cartridges, Flav’s topical range is small. The formulas are well thought out and contain herbs that are complementary to CBD.

Flav hasn’t stopped at CBD for this topical product. The company has also added the extracts of Salix alba (White Willow), Zingiber officinalis (ginger) and Curcuma longa (turmeric). These are great ingredients to enhance blood flow, supplement the anti-inflammatory actions of CBD, and allow for drainage of any metabolic waste in the affected area.
In general, 8 mg/mL is what is required for a topical CBD product to be effective. With 10 mg/mL, the Flav Roll-On is potent at delivering the remedial effects of CBD. This is especially awesome when we compare the potency with value! However, this is only applicable to the 10 mL bottle. The 60 mL bottle is markedly less potent.
The roll-on applicator means no messy hands in the process. It can be used on the go, while at work without losing a lot of CBD to the hands.
Flav is notorious for omitting vital product information and being unresponsive to customer complaints.
The CBD Roll-On Topical is one of the only Flav products that comes with a full list of ingredients for a proprietary formula.
Other than this, Flav doesn’t provide an ingredient list for its edibles or vape products. The company also omits the ever-important Certificate of Analysis (CoA) to confirm the quality of the CBD used in its products. Flav says it uses “100% organic, lab-tested cannabis,” but does not follow up with a certified organic certification.
There’s nothing to learn about Flav on the company’s “About” page. There’s no backstory or any information about who owns and operates it. When we went looking for something about Flav online, we found nothing other than an outdated Instagram page with 50 photos posted. The company is a complete mystery.
Flav’s range of products is enormous. While it’s worth browsing through, it’s almost overwhelming how many products Flav has on offer. Oftentimes, product lines this large raise some concerns over quality and assurance.

Judging by the ingredients in Flav’s formula, this topical addresses inflammation and pain. CBD has both analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Ginger is warming to the skin and can improve blood flow to the area; it can be applied topically for arthritis and rheumatism. White willow is anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antirheumatic. These compounds have been shown to help arthritis, rheumatism, and other disorders such as gout.
Overall, these ingredients are excellent for those experiencing skin, muscle, or joint inflammation and pain.
There’s no doubt that the 10 mL bottle is much better value than the 60 mL bottle. It’s cheaper and is actually more concentrated.
The 60 mL bottle is almost double the price but contains a much weaker CBD concentration. We wouldn’t recommend the 60 mL option to anybody.

Flav CBD Roll-On — 60 mL | $49.99 | 100 mg | $0.50 |
While the CBD potency of the 60 mL bottle is nothing to write home about, the potency of the 10 mL bottle is sufficient for a powerful, therapeutic effect. Customers should note that the 60 mL bottle is not stronger than the 10 mL bottle.

Flav’s hemp source is a complete mystery. The company doesn’t allude to it anywhere on the website. Nor does Flav provide a CoA or any documentation to support its claims of being certified organic.
Customers should always enquire about the hemp source of CBD products.
Not all hemp is grown in the USA, and in fact, much of it is imported from Eastern Europe or China. Good growing standards are not applied to every hemp farm. When hemp products are made for human consumption, it’s important to know the growing standards and whether there is any risk of contamination.
We asked Flav for a CoA or information about the hemp source, but Flav never replied to our emails.
While Flav doesn’t give any specific indication for the purpose of this product, the formula says it all.
This is a great formula for any rheumatism or painful, an inflammatory condition.
The roll-on bottle and the gel base makes it perfect for someone with arthritis in the hands and feet. The roll-on is easy to apply, while the gel formula means that it dries quickly and doesn’t make hands oily or slippery.
Other than that, the roll-on is also appropriate for pain and inflammation of the neck, as the top of the bottle can be used as a point applicator to apply pressure and massage.
Topical cannabinoids do not enter the bloodstream, and therefore, this product exerts its actions locally. This is ideal for those who are nervous to ingest cannabinoids or who can’t for one reason or another.
It’s nice to see that Flav has advertised the ingredient on the product description. Most Flav products lack this vital information.
Key ingredients include:
It looks as though Flav has really thought through this formula. It’s natural and contains herbs that are very complementary to the effects of CBD in its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
If you change your mind or receive a defective product from Flav, you’re out of luck. The company only offers returns on unopened products within seven days of receiving the product. Aside from that, no returns are accepted.
Shipping is within the USA only at a flat rate of $6.95. On orders over $75, shipping is free.
Flav hasn’t justified the $49.99 price tag for the 60 mL bottle, mainly because it doesn’t contain any more CBD than the 10 mL bottle! Customers might opt for this just because it has a larger applicator, but for an extra $20, we’re not sure it’s worth it.
The 10 mL bottle, on the other hand, packs good potency and a reasonable price. Flav has complemented CBD with other herbs commonly to reduce inflammation and pain.
This one is definitely worth trying.
