CBD honey sticks contain a CBD extract infused in a thick, all-natural Amazonian honey base. They’re made to contain all the active cannabinoids and other phytochemicals produced by the hemp plant, with the exception of THC.
The honey and hemp extract is sealed in a “straw” that allows for precision dosing and a leak-resistant container for the honey to be stored safely.
How Do You Eat CBD Honey Sticks?
TO use these sticks, just cut or bite open one end, and dump the contents into your tea, coffee, or any other beverage. You can also spread the honey over some bread or into your breakfast.
We like eating these honey sticks on their own as well. You can even take them like a tincture by holding the honey under your tongue for about a minute to allow the active ingredients to absorb quickly through the capillaries under your tongue.
How Long Does it Take for CBD Honey Sticks to Work?
Any edible form of CBD will take about 30 or 40 minutes to take effect. The contents need to travel through the digestive tract before they’re absorbed into the bloodstream. You can speed up the absorption rate by holding the honey under your tongue for a minute or so before you swallow. This should reduce the time you need to wait to about 15 or 20 minutes.
